Private offices come move-in ready from day one, with modern office furniture, various technology packages and on-site concierge support.
Nationwide Lounge Access | Expansive clients enjoy nationwide access to shared common areas including kitchen, coffee bar, and the community lounges across all Expansive locations.
CONFERENCE ROOM RENTALS
Give your team the right setting to focus and collaborate. At Expansive North Center, we offer two flexible, fully equipped conference spaces to match your needs:
- Huddle Room – A private space for up to 4 people, ideal for brainstorming sessions, small team check-ins, or private client calls. Starting at $40/hour.
- Board Room – A larger, polished space for up to 10 people, perfect for presentations, workshops, or leadership meetings. Ranges from $60–$80/hour, depending on setup and amenities.
Book by the hour, reserve for the day, or purchase a block of time for ongoing use. Both rooms include modern furnishings, presentation technology, and on-site concierge support.
COWORKING MEMBERSHIPS
Shared space to fit where, when, and how you work. Coworking clients are welcome to use the community lounge seven days a week from 6am-12am with their Butterfly box access codes
Enjoy the shared community lounge and kitchen, with free espresso, tea, and filtered water. Print/copy/scan and mail services are also available
